RETURN POLICY

You may return items purchased from Pest, Pool and Lawn.com Online Store within 7 days of the original delivery.  

All returned merchandise must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA), and will NOT be accepted without one. To get an RMA, contact us either by phone 832-477-0437 or email returns@pestpoolandlawn.com.  Make sure your RMA number is displayed prominently on the outside of the box.

Pest Pool and Lawn.com will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.  For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Pest Pool and Lawn.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.

Products that cannot be returned because of Department of Transportation shipping regulations include:

    * Chlorine Sticks and Tablets of any kind
    * Pre-Filled Chlorine Packs (example: Pool Frog Bac Pacs and New Water Cycler Pac)
    * Bromine Tablets of any kind
    * Chlorine Based Pool and Spa Shock
    * Calcium Based Pool Chlorine Granules
    * Hydrogen Based Pool Shock (example: BioGuard Soft Swim C)
    * Non Chlorine Pool and Spa Shock
    * A few other Pool and Spa Chemicals
