Typographical Errors
In the event that a Pest Pool and Lawn.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pest, Pool and Lawn, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pest, Pool and Lawn, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Pest, Pool and Lawn, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Coupons
All coupons must be used in accordance Pest Pool and Lawn's rules.  Coupons have a specific time frame in which they can be used. Coupons are advertised with a specific discount amount of the product price only. Coupons are not applicable towards shipping costs, taxes or any other fees. All coupons are one time use only and can only be used for one transaction. Only one coupon can be used per order and may not be combined with other coupons or promotions.  Coupon code must be used at time of ordering and will not be honored on previous purcahses.  Offers and Promotions are subject to change at any time without notice.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Pest, Pool and Lawn, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Pest, Pool and Lawn, LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
